ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

เมื่อสมัครสมาชิก, เข้าสู่ระบบ, ใช้ patch tool บน browser หรือใช้บริการ EA Locker ใดๆ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน, ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว และประกาศการใช้คุกกี้

2. ลักษณะของบริการ

EA Locker ให้บริการจัดการ license ออนไลน์, ควบคุมผู้ใช้และวันหมดอายุ, workflow เปิด/ปิด EA, ช่วย patch code, ดาวน์โหลด library และบริการ dashboard ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้

• ต้องให้ข้อมูลลงทะเบียนที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• รับผิดชอบ credentials, API key และรายละเอียดการเข้าถึงของตนเอง
• ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย, ฉ้อโกง, ละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา หรือโจมตีความปลอดภัย
• รับผิดชอบในการทดสอบ EA, library, patch code หรือไฟล์ output ก่อนใช้งานจริง

4. Source Code และสิทธิ์ในไฟล์ของคุณ

หากใช้ patch tool กับ source code MQL4/MQL5, include file, script หรือไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง คุณยืนยันว่า:

• คุณเป็นเจ้าของโค้ดหรือมี authority ตามกฎหมายเพียงพอในการใช้กับบริการ
• ใน workflow ปัจจุบัน การ patch ทำงานบน browser ของคุณ และ flow ปกติไม่อัปโหลด/เก็บ source code บน server
• จะไม่ใช้ malware, โค้ดผิดกฎหมาย, โค้ดที่ละเมิด confidentiality ของบุคคลที่สาม หรือเนื้อหาที่ไม่มีสิทธิ์เปิดเผย

5. ความลับและข้อจำกัดด้านโค้ด

เนื่องจาก patch workflow ปัจจุบันทำงานบน browser คุณควรเก็บ backup ต้นฉบับ, ตรวจสอบไฟล์ที่สร้างก่อน compile และทดสอบในสภาพแวดล้อมปลอดภัยก่อนใช้งานจริง เราไม่รับประกันว่าทุกรูปแบบไฟล์หรือ codebase จะ patch/compile ได้สมบูรณ์ 100% ในทุกกรณี

6. ค่าบริการ, แพ็กเกจ และวันหมดอายุ

การเข้าถึงอาจถูกจำกัดตามแพ็กเกจ, วันหมดอายุผู้ใช้ หรือการตั้งค่า EA เมื่อหมดอายุ การใช้งานเว็บ, license API และ EA อาจถูกจำกัดทันทีตาม logic ของแพ็กเกจ

7. การระงับหรือยกเลิก

เราอาจระงับ, จำกัด หรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ใช้หรือ EA หากพบการละเมิดข้อกำหนด, การใช้งานผิดปกติ, การโจมตี, ฉ้อโกง, ปัญหาการชำระเงิน หรือความเสี่ยงด้านกฎหมายและความปลอดภัย

8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ซอฟต์แวร์ EA Locker, dashboard, API, library, UI, เอกสาร, template และวัสดุที่เราสร้างยังคงเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของเรา EA และ source code ของคุณยังคงเป็นของคุณหรือเจ้าของสิทธิเดิม

9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

บริการให้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ (as-is) เราไม่รับประกันการทำงานต่อเนื่องหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด และไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมจาก server ขัดข้อง, EA ทำงานผิดพลาด, compile ไม่สำเร็จ, ขาดทุนการเทรด หรือการตั้งค่าผิดของผู้ใช้

10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing up, logging in, using the browser patch tool, or using any EA Locker service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Notice, and our Cookie Notice.

2. Nature of the service

EA Locker provides online license management, user and expiry controls, EA activation and deactivation workflow, patch code assistance, downloadable libraries, and related dashboard services.

3. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and current registration information.
• You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and access details.
• You must not use the service for unlawful acts, fraud, intellectual property infringement, or security abuse.
• You are responsible for testing any EA, library, patch code, or output file before live or production use.

4. Source code and your file rights

If you use the patch tool with any MQL4/MQL5 source code, include file, script, or related file, you confirm that:

• You own that code or have sufficient legal authority to use it with the service.
• Under the current workflow, patching is processed locally in your browser and the normal flow does not upload or store that source code on our server.
• You will not use malware, unlawful code, code that breaches another party's confidentiality obligations, or material you are not entitled to disclose.

5. Confidentiality and code-related limits

Because the current patch workflow runs in your browser, you should keep your own original backup copies, review the generated file before compiling, and test in a safe environment before production use. We do not guarantee that every file format or custom codebase can be patched or compiled perfectly in every case.

6. Fees, plans, and expiry

Access may be limited by your plan, user expiry, or EA expiry settings. When access expires, the website, license API, and EA usage may be restricted immediately according to the applicable plan logic.

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account or EA if we detect a breach of these terms, abnormal usage, attacks, fraud, payment problems, or legal and security risks.

8. Intellectual property

EA Locker software, dashboards, APIs, libraries, UI, documents, templates, and related materials that we create remain our intellectual property. Your EA and source code remain yours or your original rights holder's property.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from server interruption, EA malfunction, failed compilation, trading loss, or user misconfiguration.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
